We're hiring a Sales & Growth Representative to own the full commercial cycle at MilkBox: from converting inbound replies to closing deals and keeping clients long-term.
MilkBox provides cold email infrastructure for B2B companies worldwide. We're a small, profitable, Brazil-based team operating fully remote, competing with much larger players through better infrastructure and better service.
What you'll own
Our cold email campaigns generate a strong volume of inbound replies that need someone dedicated to converting them. When inbound slows, you'll go after new opportunities in communities, Slack groups, Reddit, and channels automated campaigns can't reach. You'll run sales calls for small to mid-size accounts and stay close to clients after the deal closes, including light Customer Success work when the account calls for it.
